MCSF: User Journeys
Both user personas have two stages in common, but with different goals in mind. Both need to learn about the Master Chorale and determine that it is a premier choral group. This is typically a one-time activity. After that, users embark on an exploration of the music performances; upcoming ones for concert goers, upcoming and past performances for prospects. At this point the journeys diverge. In fact, the Prospective Singer persona's journey is typically linear whereas the Concert Goer is cyclical.
